We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aarke purchase. If your new home essentials are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to ensure safe transit, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off and Ship

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
