What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Does my Aarke carbonator come with a CO2 cylinder?
To ensure the safest shipping process, our carbonators are sold without the CO2 cylinder. Our machines are compatible with standard 60L screw-in CO2 cylinders from most major brands.
What is your return policy for home appliances?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, glass and PET bottles cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Are the PET water bottles dishwasher safe?
Our standard PET bottles are not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. However, our glass caraffes are fully dishwasher safe.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Aarke carbonators come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
